Secrecy Capacity of Multi-Terminal Networks With Pricing

چکیده
We study the effect of pricing on the secrecy capacity of multi-terminal networks. We propose a linear and a non-linear pricing function for user terminals and present mathematical formulations to maximize the individual secrecy capacity of each transmitter-receiver pair as well as the sum secrecy capacity of the system. We show that these pricing models result in better energy efficiency and also results in more number of users with positive secrecy capacity. We also show that the model can result in an admission control scheme for admitting new users in the system that satisfies secrecy capacity constraints. Index Terms – Secrecy capacity, M-matrices, multi-user.

On Power Control and Secrecy Capacity: M−Matrix Theory Based Analysis
We consider power control in multi-terminal networks and study its impact on secrecy capacities of transmitreceive pairs. Note that most approaches in the current literature on secrecy capacity consider only single terminals. Impact of power control on secrecy capacity has seldom been studied. This paper investigates a new approach using the theory of M−matrices to utility based power control w...
متن کاملOn the Location of the Eavesdropper in Multi-Terminal Networks
Abstract We study the optimum location of an eavesdropper from a secrecy capacity perspective in multi-terminal networks with power control. We determine the logical location of an eavesdropper (represented by the channel gain from all the transmitters) which a) results in zero secrecy capacity for maximum number of users in the network and b) results in zero secrecy capacity for the bottle-nec...
متن کاملA Multi-Objective Fuzzy Approach to Closed-Loop Supply Chain Network Design with Regard to Dynamic Pricing
During the last decade, reverse logistics networks received a considerable attention due to economic importance and environmental regulations and customer awareness. Integration of leading and reverse logistics networks during logistical network design is one of the most important factors in supply chain. In this research, an Integer Linear Programming model is presented to design a multi-layer...
متن کاملIntroducing a New Method for Multiarea Transmission Networks Loss Allocation
Transmission loss allocation in very large networks with multiple interconnected areas or countries is investigated in this paper. The main contribution is to propose a method to calculate the amount of losses due to activity of each participant in the multi area markets. Pricing of cross-border trades in Multi area systems is often difficult since individual countries may use incompatible ...
متن کاملBenders decomposition for Supply Chain Network Redesign with Capacity planning and Multi-Period Pricing
Managing income is a considerable dimension in supply chain management in current economic atmosphere. Real world situation makes it inevitable not to design or redesign supply chain. Redesign will take place as costs increase or new services for customers’ new demands should be provided. Pricing is an important fragment of Supply chain due to two reasons: first, represents revenue based ...
